Muppet Show Season 2!

I FINALLY found out today that the Muppet Show Season 2 DVDs will be available August 7th.
Needless to say, I am totally pumped about this news!!! The Muppet Show was my all time favorite TV show as a kid and watching it makes me extremely happy.
Also, if people haven't noticed, I've been re-listening to all the Harry Potter books, to get ready for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. I'm REALLY glad I'm doing it, as I will be TOTALLY up to snuff on everything going on in that world when the 7th and final book hits the streets on July 21st (IN ONLY 47 DAYS!!!)
Also, I hope people noticed that the release date for Order of the Phoenix has been bumped up to July 11th. It kind of sucks because Harry and the Potters are playing a show in New York on the 13th and I was hoping to roll straight from the show to the movie, but I guess you can't have everything!
So... yes. I am the world's biggest dork. Now I'm going to go draw Comics!!!

I'm listening to "Half-Blood Prince" on CD in prep for the new book. The HP reader is the best book-reader on the planet.
I'm taking the day of from work the Monday after the book comes out so that I can just stay home and READ. I had to give a reason for requesting vacation time, so I put "READING HARRY POTTER!" I don't even care who gives me crap about it at work. I'm past the point in my life where I actually care about being cool :)
Chris - I agree. Jim Dale is the most amazing audiobook reader EVER. And he's going to be reading at the Union Square Barnes & Noble (where I'm getting my copy at Midnight!) for an hour and a half before they sell books!
Laura - WORD! I am teaching a week long workshop up at CCS that ends on that Friday, so I told them I had to be able to leave in time to get back to New York by midnight! It is going to be a weekend of reading non-stop!!!
Ah! Good news. Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem were my favorites...and Fozzie too.

Have my copy of Deathly Hallows on pre-order (pretty much the moment it was offered)... every time a new book is coming I read through the previous books... so I have read them all a ridiculous amount of times. I can't wait for July... *giddy*
